Returns Eligibility

All original packaging, tags, and any complimentary items (gifts) are included

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Items without original packaging, tags, or missing complimentary items (gifts)

Products purchased on clearance or final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

You will be notified of the approval or rejection

If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photos of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item:

Return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired product

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the order will fall under the return policy.

TOUCHE sources products from various brands and suppliers. While we carefully select each item, minor variations in packaging or branding may occur. This does not qualify as a defect.
